Meet & greet at the presidents lounge for all traveling teams and early arrivals. Our dear president and chairman of the board, Christian Lange Invites all traveling teams, crew and special invited guests to a meet and greet in his private home on Bygdøy. This will go down form between 1900 - 2100 - Light snacks and drinks will be served.
Friday Night - Gaming & Quiz - Pub night at Snarøya
From 2000 - 0000 on friday we will run a social game night on Snarøya. Here we will have dexterity games / skill games from Analog Spillklubb (Analogoe Gameclub), Djs, Table tennis tournament, Darts, and a chance for everybody to meet each other and share some beverages. Hopefully we will arrange a short quiz as well.
Saturday Night
Straight after the last game is played on Saturday - we like everybody to meet at Bygdøy Curling Club for our traditional prelude party! This is between 1800-1915 and is one of the highlights of the weekend.
Here we will serve our special Glögg / mulled Red wine and get together before the big torchlight procession that will march through Bygdøy with Bagpipers towards the Banquet.
If you travel from Snarøya or would like a shower before the banquet - We have Warderobes and showers at Bygdøy that could be used. The procession will leave the club around 1915 towards the big banquet, with a small stop at our whisky & aquavitbar on the way. Dinner will be served on arrival approximately 1930-1945 ish.
After dinner the there will be live bands, dance floor and a great party untill 0200!
