The women’s teams will play one round robin where overall ranked 1-4 will advance to the semifinals, 1st-4th, 2nd-3rd. Ranking is based on: a) Wins b) Internal results c) LSD
The men’s teams have 2 groups of 5 where the 2 highest ranked teams in each group will advance to the semifinals, 1st group A vs 2nd group B, 1st group B vs 2nd group A.

Practice & LSD There will be a pregamepractise 15 minutes before the times in the shedule. Each team have 5 min practice, and the first team in the schedule plays first with red stones. After your practise is over, there will be two LSD. First One clockwise and then one counter clockwise LSD. These LSD is to decide hammer and later used if internal results isn’t enough to decide playoff-teams. The worst LSD is later removed from results.
Game All matches are played over 8 ends, and with a draw in the last end, there will be a shootout for the extra point. The team with hammer in the eight end will draw first. Teams are awarded 3 points for a win, 2 points for win in shootout and 1 point for the losing the shootout. Teams make their own in game measurements. If the teams do not come to an agreement or doesn`t know how to measure, the umpire can be called in. Each team has one timeout of 1 minute per game and there are NO half time break between the fourth and fift end.
Playoff rules: There will be a pregamepractise without LSD for both teams 10 minutes before the times in the schedule during the playoffs. The highest ranked teams decides hammer or colour throughout the playoffs and will have the secon pregamepractise. The games are played over 8 ends with one extra end if necessary. If no points are scored in the extra end the teams will play shootout for the win. The team with hammer in the extra end will draw first. Teams make their own in game measurements. If the teams do not come to an agreement or does not know how to measure, the umpire can be called in. Each team has one timeout of 1 minute per game. In the playoffs, you are allowed to have a half time break of 3 minutes between the fourth and fift end. And the coaches are allowed to join during this break.
Otherwise both free guard zone and no tick rule applies for the whole tournament and the tournament follows regular WCF regulations. Also remember to double check your foam in your brooms to be sure you are following the new regulations for legal brooms. **
